March Newsletter – have you read our March newsletter yet?
Greetings from Musical Youth Foundation HQ…
Since our last newsletter we’ve been busy running our life-changing music education programmes which currently impact 100+ vulnerable young people, raising vital funds to pay for lessons and instruments and preparing plans for the 9th annual Dublin City Soul Festival
which is scheduled to take place on May 23rd & 24th 2015. Read on…
We are now live on fundit.ie
– this is your chance to become an official festival supporter and help make the 9th annual Dublin City Soul Festival a reality. We need to raise a total of €15,000. to make the festival possible and we’ve only got 28 days to do it so please help us by pledging what you can afford and then asking your friends to do the same. Together we can surely get 750 people to give just €20. to ensure the festival can happen this year!
Why is it so important?
The festival attracts up to 30,000 people annually and apart from being a great, fun, family friendly weekend that has a huge economic benefit to Dublin City it is a chance for the Musical Youth Foundation to collect donations from the public to cover the cost of its Guitars for Kids music education programme.
Registration for the 2015 Vhi Women’s Mini Marathon is now open, if you or a friend would like to take part and raise funds for the MYF then please REGISTER NOW. It doesn’t matter if you don’t think you can raise much money as it all adds up so the more people taking part on our behalf the better. If you’d like to take part but have questions drop us a mail and we’ll be happy to help. Email Chris now!
Your donations are vital to the very survival of the Musical Youth Foundation so please give what you can today. Click on the Donate button above and choose your preferred option or get in touch if you have questions or queries before making a donation!
You can now also Text your donation…
