Instrumental Art Winners
Raffle Winners delighted with their exclusive Instrumental Art pieces!
Following the 7th annual Dublin City Soul Festival which took place just 3 weeks ago in a packed out Merrion Square Park we’ve been kept busy tracking down winners in our Want Me? Win Me! Instrumental Art Raffle.
The Instrumental Art pieces were created using old, broken and un-unsed guitars, violins and drums. More than 100 of them featured in an exhibition which ran for 8 weeks and attracted over 10,000 visitors.
As part of the celebrations for this years’ Soul Festival we decided to reward anyone making a €5. donation with 2 Free raffle tickets for our draw.
With just 5,000 tickets available and 15 exclusive pieces of Instrumental Art up for grabs this was one raffle worth the investment (€3. online purchase price) and just when you thought it couldn’t get any better we decided to add an extra 10 Instrumental Art peices to the draw. What can we say? We love giving stuff away and making people smile!
A vey happy winner – Orla Gilsenan (pictured left) was delighted to receive a phone call from our CEO after the festival advising her that her ticket (Green Border AA565933) was one of the ones drawn. She is now the proud owner of ‘Against The Grain by Eszter Hatala’ which features legend Roy Gallagher painted on a guitar covered in broken egg shells.
There are still a few tickets left, 301 to be precise and they can be purchased for just €3. each from our online store. The final draw for the last remaining Instrumental Art piece will take place immediately after the last ticket has sold.
Pencilin’ created by Russell Healy was voted #1 Favourite by visitors to our exhbition last year and as it is the last remaining prize in our draw tickets are expected to sell fast (we hope!). To get your name in the draw visit our online store and get your €3. raffle ticket before it’s too late!
